  • Product Satisfaction: Notify us of any quality concerns, discrepancies from the online description, or changes of mind for resolution.

  • Standard Product Return: Full refund (excluding shipping) or exchange within 30 days, provided the product is in original condition and packaging.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Notify within seven days of receiving the product for defect resolution.

  • Custom-Made Orders: Non-refundable except for material defects. Accidental damage is not covered.

  • Liability: Precision Sim Engineering disclaims liability for damage caused by incorrect usage.
