Warranty

From Precision Sim Engineering:

  • Standard Product Return: Full refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding shipping charges. Product must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Manufacturing Defect: Notify within seven days of receiving the product for resolution.

  • Custom-Made Orders: Non-refundable except in the case of a material defect. Accidental damage is not covered.

  • Liability: Precision Sim Engineering does not accept liability for damage caused by incorrect usage.
