Installation Guide (Without Seat Sliders)

  1. Install the 22’ profiles on the chassis, tightening corner gusset bolts but leaving chassis bolts loose.
  2. Attach seat brackets to the 22’ profile, ensuring the inside edge aligns with the 22’ profile, then tighten bolts.
  3. Install the seat in the brackets, taking care not to scratch it. Adjust 22’ profiles if needed.
  4. Tighten seat brackets to the seat in the desired position, using the same mounting holes on each side.
  5. Ensure equal space between 22’ profiles and base on each side to center the seat with the chassis.
  6. Your rig is ready to go!

With Seat Sliders

  1. Install the 22’ profiles on the chassis, tightening corner gusset bolts but leaving chassis bolts loose.
  2. Attach seat sliders to the seat brackets, ensuring the inside edge aligns with the seat bracket.
  3. Install the seat slider and seat bracket assembly on the seat off the chassis. Be cautious not to scratch the seat.
  4. Ensure both seat sliders are at the same locking position.
  5. Adjust the U handle bar for seat sliders based on fitment.
  6. Install the U handle bar, being careful not to injure fingers.
  7. Install the seat assembly on the 22’ profiles.
  8. Tighten front or rear bolts holding the sliders on the 22’ profile.
  9. Slide seat forwards or backward to access other bolts. Tighten them.
  10. Center the seat with the chassis by adjusting the 22’ profile and seat assembly.
  11. Tighten the initially loosened corner gusset bolts.
  12. Your rig is ready to go!
