Installation Guide (Without Seat Sliders)

  1. Install the 22’ profiles on the chassis, ensuring bolts are tightened on corner gussets.
  2. Attach seat brackets to the 22’ profile, aligning the inside edges.
  3. Install the seat in the brackets, adjusting 22’ profiles if necessary.
  4. Tighten seat brackets in the desired position, ensuring equal use of mounting holes on each side.
  5. Center the seat with the chassis by adjusting the space between 22’ profiles.
  6. Your rig is ready to go!

With (Seat Sliders)

  1. Install the 22’ profiles on the chassis, tightening bolts on corner gussets.
  2. Attach seat sliders to the seat brackets, aligning the inside edges.
  3. Install the seat slider and seat bracket assembly on the seat, being cautious not to scratch.
  4. Ensure both seat sliders are at the same locking position.
  5. Adjust the U handle bar for seat sliders based on fitment.
  6. Install the U handle bar, being careful not to injure fingers.
  7. Install the seat assembly on the 22’ profiles.
  8. Tighten front or rear bolts holding the sliders, then slide the seat for access to other bolts.
  9. Center the seat with the chassis by adjusting the 22’ profile and seat assembly.
  10. Tighten the initially loosened corner gusset bolts.
  11. Your rig is ready to go!
